About Me

I am a mother of two and a nutrition coach specializing in hormonal health and personal training. Over 17 years ago, I was diagnosed with thyroid problems and had part of my thyroid removed. Even though I loved fitness, I struggled with my health because I didn’t fully understand nutrition. I wasn’t overweight but felt out of shape and wanted long-term solutions.

I tried many diets, like keto, with mixed results, facing challenges like muscle loss and plateaus. Frustrated, I worked with a coach to learn how food affects the body. As I improved my health, others asked for advice, leading me to become certified in nutrition and fitness coaching.

Now, I run Channeling Hormones and Nutrition Coaching to help women achieve lasting health through personalized plans. In menopause myself, I manage symptoms using what I’ve learned and offer tailored support for others going through similar changes. With my experience and training, I guide people toward sustainable habits for lifelong health and energy.
